Customer loyalty toward delivery services at Kedai Ladanya Restaurant, Cianjur Regency, West Java

چکیده

The food delivery service feature is a transaction that can be done via handheld device or smartphone. purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics customers, identify effect quality on customer satisfaction, and influence customers satisfaction loyalty at Kedai Ladanya Restaurant. Data were collected using questionnaire 55 respondents who Restaurant with criteria aged 17 years over, where buying had made transactions through analysis used simple linear regression SPSS 25 software. results show percentage for gender female, ages 17-20 21-30 years, last education, namely high school/equivalent, work students, income IDR. 1,000,000 – 3,000,000, average purchase frequency, which less than three times per month, GrabFood. showed relationship between positive significant effect.
